I guess this is my 3rd food review with Foodink folks. Thanks to Foodink I've met awesome and friendly bloggers from around Klang Valley.
And.. last week I get to have a chance to join them at Gather Gather Kitchen at Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam with Foodink folks.
It have been a tradition and a culture for Chinese families to gather around and wait for each and everyone to be seated around the dining table before meal especially during dinner time. It is a must and a respect to wait for the elderly to seated and greet them before we start our meal. Hence, this is where Gather Gather Kitchen name came from.

咸蛋炸莲藕 Deep Fried Lotus Roots with Salted Egg - RM15 (S), RM18 (M), RM25 (L) |
It taste better then I expected, the crunchiness of the lotus and the salted egg blend perfectly together with every bite. At first, I actually thought it's fried sweet potato with salted egg cause that's what we normally order in other restaurants.
招牌玉香焖排骨
Chef Signature Yam Stewed with Pork Ribs - RM18 (S), RM24 (M), RM30 (L)
I really like how they stew the pork ribs which goes well with the sauce together and soften the pork and make's it easier to be eaten. Although it's a little bit salty for me but with a little bit of improvement, I believe they can make it better.

香杯鸡
Three Spice Chicken - RM16 (S), RM20 (M), RM28 (L)
This dish is a classic from old days where we usually will see our grandmother cooking it with their pyjamas on. I like their sauce as it is not too salted or too thick. It merge nicely with the chicken. However, from my point of view the chicken is either too cooked or dry as it's a bit hard for me. Overall, it's nice but not my favorite. I see that Mandy (their 'si tao po' is constantly improving their dish by reading customer review, so I guess this would help), I might as well try next time with my family which stays in Klang too.

招牌马铃薯猪肉 Signature Potato Fried Pork -
RM15 (S), RM18 (M), RM25 (L)
They cut the potato thin enough that the sauce actually sucked into the potato which makes the mixture with the pork blend well. I would highly recommend this dish to everyone as it's perfect to eat it together with rice.

招牌娘惹蒸鯆鱼 Singature Steamed Stingray with Nyonya Sauce – RM30 (S), RM46 (L)
As usual fish or sting ray shouldn't be left too long after being served. I love their sauce very much which is spicy and sweet at the same time but I would hope that it will be more spicier (I am a spicy lover) but I guess it will be depends on family dinner as some of them don't eat too spicy especially children. Their sauce are made from scratch with their home-made secret recipe with chili, garlic, and etc.I personally would highly recommend this dish to everyone and try out their sauce as it is no where to be found.

Chef Signature Grouper Fish Head Curry - RM32 (S)
This is a dish which Gather Gather Restaurant did not even use a single spoon of curry powder. It's specialty is the ingredient used by their chef with their secret recipe. Wondering what ingredient they use? Watch this video by Food Ink on the following link and learn more about them;

Brinjal – RM20
To be honest, I personally don't eat brinjal so I am not gonna comment on this. However, appearance itself give out a very attractive temptation.

Since everyone is taking a top shot, and here is mine. Haha!! We were so hungry just by looking all those foods that were served. Having trouble looking for Chinese food in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam?
